Lea is a law graduate with a growing passion for planning and environmental policies and legislation.
Lea helps clients in negotiations concerning conditions of development approvals and considers complex questions in common law nuisance actions. She has worked with industrial clients to assist them to remedy contaminated sites, pollution and non-compliance with conditions. Lea also assists public bodies requiring preparation and amendments to their registers of environmental laws and regulations. She assists businesses obtain compensation where their commercial interests have been affected by compulsory land takings.
When it comes to clients, Lea strives to maintain positive working relationships ensuring clients always feel comfortable asking questions and letting the team know when there is something they don’t understand.
Lea enjoys travelling, experimenting with Japanese recipes and trying her hand at pottery and woodwork.
